CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER

At Forma, we work quickly to process and ship your order, so once it has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes. Please ensure that the items in your order and your shipping address are correct before completing your purchase. If you’re unsure, please email us before placing your order.

SHIPPING

Enjoy free standard delivery on orders over 200€.

Once you’ve placed your order (which only takes a few seconds), your package will move into processing — this takes approximately 3–5 business days . After that, our shipping carrier takes it from there. You’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships, so you’ll know it’s on the way!

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Forma is not responsible for any import duties, brokerage fees, customs charges, or taxes incurred on shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot advise on the cost of these fees, as they vary by country. Since these charges are not calculated or applied by Forma, please contact your local customs office for further information if you’re unsure about potential fees.
