We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the order being delivered to the customer. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please send an email to info@formalabel.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been removed.

We are not responsible for any items or orders purchased through boutiques or third parties. If you have any inquiries regarding an item or order purchased via a third party, please contact them directly.

Forma Label reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition.
